Liquid Distributors

Liquid distribution is the single most important factor in the performance of a packed column. Even the best packing cannot deliver its rated efficiency if the liquid is not spread uniformly across the top of the bed and kept uniform as it descends. M10 engineers and fabricates the full range of distributors — trough-type, orifice-pan, deck, and spray — matched to the liquid rate, turndown, fouling tendency, and vessel size of each service.

Every distributor is designed to your process: drip-point density, hole layout, and channel sizing are set to give even irrigation across the full cross-section with the turndown your operation needs. We build in thermoplastics for corrosive duty and in stainless and exotic alloys for high-temperature and aggressive service, and we verify the hydraulics before fabrication so the unit performs from day one.
