Bed Limiters
Hold-down grids and bed limiters that keep the packed bed in place against vapor surges and upsets — protecting the bed geometry and your column performance.
A packed bed that shifts or fluidizes loses the careful geometry that makes it work — and can be physically damaged in the process. Bed limiters and hold-down plates sit on top of the bed to keep it in place against vapor surges, pressure upsets, and start-up transients, preserving both performance and the packing itself.
M10 designs bed limiters and hold-down grids sized to the packing, the vessel, and the expected upset loads, with enough open area that they never restrict vapor flow or become a capacity bottleneck. We fabricate them in materials matched to the service — from engineered plastics to exotic alloys such as Zirconium 702 for the most aggressive chemistries.

Liquid Distributors
The heart of every packed column — trough, orifice-pan, deck, and spray distributors engineered to spread liquid evenly across the bed for full mass transfer performance.

Packing Supports
Gas-injection support plates and grid supports that carry the full weight of the packed bed while providing more open area than the packing above — so they never limit capacity.

Mist Eliminators
Wire mesh pad and vane-type mist eliminators that strip entrained droplets from the vapor before it leaves the vessel — protecting downstream equipment and cutting emissions.
