Feed pipes and flashing-feed galleries that introduce liquid or two-phase feeds into the column smoothly — without disturbing distribution or entraining vapor.
How a feed enters the column matters as much as the feed itself. A poorly introduced feed can jet across the vessel, disturb the distributor below it, or flash and entrain vapor into the wrong section — undoing the work of the internals around it. M10 designs feed pipes, flashing-feed galleries, and vapor-liquid feed devices that introduce the feed gently and evenly at the right elevation.
Each feed device is engineered to the feed’s phase, flow rate, and flash conditions, and fabricated in the material matched to the service, so the feed is delivered to the column without upsetting distribution or contacting efficiency.
