Structured Packing
Corrugated sheet packing arranged in precise geometry for a high stage count at very low pressure drop.
Structured Packing is built from corrugated sheets stacked into rigid, precisely oriented blocks. The engineered geometry creates a network of open, crossing flow channels that spread liquid into thin films and give a high number of theoretical stages with remarkably low pressure drop.
M10 supplies structured packing in a range of surface areas and metallurgies (and plastics for corrosive duty), engineered to your column diameter and service — ideal for vacuum distillation, high-purity separations, and revamps that need more stages without more pressure drop.
Key Features
- High theoretical-stage count per unit height
- Very low pressure drop — excellent for vacuum service
- Uniform liquid films for high efficiency
- Multiple surface areas and metallurgies available
